Wish there was a class for mums not just bubs? Want to get filt while having fun?  Want to lose weight after baby and meet other mums? Then come to our Mums and Bubs Dance sessions.

 

Mums and Bubs Dance  is a great way for mums to get their exercise fix while bub/toddler is with them. A fun class blending Bollywood, Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin, Arabic and even Wiggles dancing !!! This program has been evaluated by a phsyiotherapy and is suitable for mums who are allowed to commence an excercise program.

 

What ages are bubs?

bubs from ages 0 to 4 years. Maximum of 2 babies allowed per mum.

(Doctors certificate required stating your medically fit for the class if bub is less than 6 months)

Format:

Each class is 30 mins long and will be a workout for mum . Bub can join in with some musical instruments or have a play with the others ! We are used to dodging little people in the class. The class ends with bubbles .

​PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for your baby throughout the class. You are welcome to tend to your baby as you need. We allow for this during our class. Your baby will love seeing you dance around, and will enjoy the music themselves whilst meeting and playing with new little friends. Maximum of 2 children allowed per mum

How does it work?

FREE TRIAL CLASS OFFERED FOR 1ST CLASS !!!

Classes are then sold in 10 class packs, purchased online from our store.

​Each 10 class pack is valid for 3 months. Which means you can come anytime during the 3 months.

​

What to bring?

• Bub/Toddler

• A mat to put bub on if they are not walking

• Water for Mum and bub

• A fun attitude​

​

What to wear?

Gym gear, sneakers, Bellydance bellts or scarves, bangles, bhindhi's and bling !!!

​

What level?

This class will be taught at beginners level and will be high energy but lots of fun. You take the class at your own pace. You will need to ensure that you are physically fit to do a dance class.

​

Cost: $150 for 10 class pass (valid for 4 months). Bubs are FREE.
